This ain't your momma's bean dip! A good dose of garlic and roasted bell peppers along with a few other herbs and spices with a slight ghost pepper kick make this an awesome stick to your ribs bean dip.
Makes 2-3 cups of hearty bean dip
To make a dip. mix contents of package with
1 cup sour cream and 1 can refried beans.
Chill for 1-2 hour before serving or over night for best results.
**To make a "skinny dip" use plain yogurt or lite sour cream. It can also flavor hummus as well.
Ingredients: Southwest spice blend (salt, minced onion, crushed & ground spices, chili powder, minced garlic, red bell pepper, garlic powder, cilantro flakes), red bell peppers, onion, roasted garlic, sea salt, spices, demerara sugar, citric acid, bhut jolokia pepper, < 2% hickory smoke powder (maltodextrin, natural hickory smoke flavor, silicon dioxide).
